- Poking Gun Through Wall Medal Of Dishonour
- Only Ever Using The Deagle Order Of Meritorious Stupidity (Posthumous)

- Beat Dog in a game of Catch The Heaviest Object
- Attempted to shoot/behead/run over every innocent civilian
- Made lewd motions behind Alyx
- Fell off the Citadel
