No to both of those formats...buzzmong wrote:

I was going to say NeoGeo.
Are you offering? Is that what all the cool kids are calling it nowadays? Let me get back from work and have a shower first... Oooh Colon as in colony, not colon!fabyak wrote:Colonisation?
Nah, it wasn't either of those formats. There's only one left really, think mid to late 90s - looked a bit like a toilet with the seat up.spoodie wrote:Is the other format CD-i or 3D0? I have a CD-i machine. I bought it for £8 at a bootsale, including a copy of Space Ace. Kept me amused for an hour.
I thought "Settlers" when I saw it, but a quick check of screenshots proved me wrong. Must have been on the same page in a magazine or something.tandino wrote:The game was similar to settlers I suppose, but with a LOT more humour.
I'm stumped. I can't even think of (or find) a late 90s platform that looks like a toilet, although if it only had 3 games that's not surprising. Compared to other late 90s offerings, like the Playstation, it looks pretty dated though.tandino wrote:

Right ho, a quick correction to help things along. The screen shot was taken from the Amiga version of the game in 1995. I may have unintentionally misled you a bit. The toilet like console was first available in 1993 and better known as the Atari Jaguar - a failure by all accounts and Atari's reason for leaving the hardware business.Dog Pants wrote:

Well it is the Jaguar, but the screenshot is from the Amiga version. It came out on Dos PC, Amiga and Jaguar. Eion wins (a bumming).eion wrote:It's Baldies, on the Jaguar.
edit: and I'd worked out what console it was before you said.
Here:tandino wrote:I'm on a hunt for the PC version of Baldies now as I really want to play it, and I suggest you folks do too. Any good dustpan/brush sources for PC DOS games anyone knows of?
Awesome, cheers Vibraspazz. Also it would appear to have a LAN multiplayer option too - might be worth looking into for HamandCheese play.
