There's less than a month remaining, so you're all allowed to get excited now.

Booked the restaurant for 17 people.
16 attendees plus Plug, who will be joining for food and drink.
Just gotta wait for them to confirm it.

Gonna check to see if the pub will cater for 17, tonight.
If not, the restaurant has two bars and is open till 11pm on Saturdays.

Do you mean you'll actually just be going to the pub tonight, and trying to see if it has 17 seats? :) Have you a link to the restaurant or anything?

I'd thought Grimmie had said that was the one you went to last time, but that this year's one is different - nearer or something.

Berk is a living, breathing search engine.

When we looked for a pub last time we arrived at a big place that was being closed down for redevelopment, and funnily enough it developed into Spice Buffet. It's nice and big and Tezz and I scouted out their curry facilities. Good food and not too pricey.

As for the pub, it's not small, but I dunno how they feel about huge groups, so I'll be calling to find out.

Righto, as I will be travelling direct to Grimmies, I now have four spots (at a squeeze) from Doncaster to Brum. Anyone within reasonable distance of the A1 left me know if you need a lift.

Petrol ain't a problem, within reason; (it's already been factored in this months budget).
