Eve type history review mk II

Post by centerededgedesign »

Since last week had such interesting input on historical matters, I pose another: What's the story of Joan of Arc?

Tis a matter I don't recall any instruction on in American schooling, yet believe it was a pretty significant and interesting tale. Aside from references to it, I have no info though, and I have questions from my son on the matter. My plan is to go home and Wiki it with him, but hoping for other input as well.

Asking English people about Miss D'Arc will mostly gain this kind of response. And rightfully so, the smelly old bint :ahoy:

Canada rocks btw, as does my new bike :boogie: . What does decidedly NOT rock is having to leach Wifi off the neighbours, meaning no more than ninja skillbumming for me :x

Sorry for the salt in old wounds, I truly am NOT on a quest to point out military losses, just a 5punky quest for some historical answers is all. btw, how's the rain doing over there? Hear you've got more than a bit of it, and more forecasted! Make sure you keep the rum in a high cabinet, and put water wings on your horsies if you decide to play water polo!

btw Fea, that clip is from Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure, which happens to be the movie we watched that spiked all the historical questions!

The Joan of Arc I remember went on to fight zombie dogs, and had previously been Leeloo. That was a bit good, that adaptation. http://imdb.com/title/tt0151137/
