First 5cheduled night is up.

Post by Rahn »

Ok Character Creation night is Monday 13th at 8pm on Sylvanas PvP Server. Hoping to get lvl 10 on that session, shouldnt take too long

Be prepared for a bit of babble down here, got a lot of things falling out of my head.

Decisions neeeded to be made

1. Faction (Horde or Alliance)
2. Frequency of play and how to group
3. How to use the 5cheduler
4. Guild Recruitment.

Faction

For the HORDE!

Frequency

What I was hoping since we are such a small number is to play the 5punk characters once or twice a week and then at other times play your current characters. This means we all stay in the same level range, no one gets ganked as we are in groups of at least 2/3 and no one is feeling left out because there too high or too low a level.

If someone misses a session they can 5chedule another so we can help them level or solo it whenever so they are back on track for the next session.

Olso how long can you play for at a time? 1 hour, 2? And whats the best time for everyone? early evening or late nights? weekend or weekdays?

5cheduler

Now if we are all the same level range we can all quest together. So 5chedulings can be specific with regions people wish to quest i.e Desolace or instances people want to complete/farm. i.e Razorfen Downs. People can then sign up to that or make a new 5chedule if they wish to go elsewhere.

Guild

If we do play as outlined above the 5punk guild (might have to change name, Ill will check Naming policy) will have to recruit poeple who agree to the ideas above.

Told you I was going to blabber on :D

Now I need to know how you guys feel about this;
do you want to play more? (3/4 times a week?)
dump your current chars and concetrate on these?
play whenever you feel like it and meet up when and if?
only use the 5cheduler for instances or big meetups?
lengh of sessions and when we 5chedule?

Thanks for your help guys :D

I'll join in, I have a WoW account but got a bit bored going solo.

I can play from about 20:00 weekdays, for a couple of hours, and possibly some time over the weekend. I'm not fussed what faction and all that stuff, just tell me what I need to do.

I'm also playing CS:S and CoD:UO at the moment.

well...

This summer, I hope to be getting a job to pay off my studenty overdraft, so as of yet I really don't know when I'll be avaliable, most likely I will be fine for evenings but that's only an assumption.

Faction-wise I'd prefer alliance as they rawk!

I think it will be necessary also to use the discussion board, or this post infact so that we choose classes that compliment each other, and we can also tailor our professions to do the same

I'm up for horde as i only ever played Alliance, i'm up for TS as well. Any night really except maybe friday and saturday as they are social times :p

just a suggestion, shouldn't we say what class we are going to be so we can try and get a level spread of classed?
i'll be a priest as i want to be a healer class this time.

Oh nearly forgot, hi :) i'm new here

Don't mind faction, although I've largely played alliance and know my way around there. Done Hunter, Druid, Warrior and Paladin to death (incl. in beta) so would be nice to do something different - never done Shaman or Mage and scarely touched Warlock or Rogue - don't fancy beign a Priest, though.

8 is when I get in, so an hour or two then is fine, any night except Tuesdays or Sundays (hattrick)

It would be good to get a sensible mix of classes, but keeping start locations in mind means some of us can't meet up until we're certain level so let's not leave anyone stranded (I'm thinking of Elves/Undead here). I'm not bothered beyond what I've said above, so will be whatever class, profession or race we think we need.

Yep, that's true - it's only really elves that have a bit of a trek. Mind you I did it at L3 following some higher levels across the Wetlands. Not sure about Tauren, haven't been far with them.

Im all for it, would prefer Horde really, get a change from the norm.

2 nights a week sounds good, need to keep quite active on Bladefist though, with a guild to help run and all

Also, if ANYONE shouts Leroy or any variation i'm out, that goddamn thing has been run into the ground on Bladefist

I'm up for it. Horde sounds like a good choice, trolls and orcs start in the same place and i've been meaning to try a troll hunter.
Don't mind concentrating on these characters, i am usually free to play most evenings.
Would be sweet to give TS a try on there also. Gots to get me a mic.

Cripes! This is my first post? I'm sure i introduced myself in that 'introduce yourself' thread. Oh well. Hello.

Server is Sylvanas (Must have been said like 50 times :D), race is whatever as we can all meet in the barrens by lvl 10, and im sure we will have at least 2 or 3 at each starting point.

The point of tomorrow is for char creation so you can wait till then like most of us if you like.
