BR 2 is shit. Very simply shit. The director of the first one died part way through filming (only filmed the first scene according to wikipedia) so his son took over. Didn't work out that well, and quite frankly, some of the plot ideas are rather dodgy, which is odd, considering the son wrote the screenplay to the first.
