In fairness, I'm the only one who's even hazarded a guess so far.

Well, from the direction of the face in the mirror, I'd say it's a right hand drive. So possibly British. Wires on the rear window makes me think it's not a recent car either. Still don't know what the film is, but it might help someone else.

Unless it's 51st State?

And actually, if you're looking straight on, I suspect that you'd see the driver on the left in the left side of the mirror. Possibly *might go experiment*
