but it was a cool movie when I was growing up. (remember, I'm old
) Now its considered a cult film.

i can't say that, having never seen it. but most vietnam films are a bit generic. that doesn't make them bad films though.

In fairness, I was expecting someone to get Jacob's Ladder much sooner (the first shot is at the very start of a chapter, and I'd assumed a bunch of people here would have seen it)... and it didn't take long for someone to get Gattaca.
