You clearly have fetishes on the brain... it's a lady, and the guy is wearing a hat, but no fetishes are involved in this movie. Well, arguably there might be one, but I don't really think so.

Cold Mountain? Nope. Nothing to do with the screeny, either, although this movie is set in America.

That's what I thought - but either I'm not looking at imdb properly, or none of his films seem to match the screen shots.
