Customised UI's

Post by Rahn »

Please post your UI screens so we can all steal each others best mods. I have highlighted the non-cosmos addons that I found myself. Enjoy!

Image

1. Atlas - Has a map of all instances with the bosses numbered on the maps.

2. PartyCast - For Priests and Healers, watch health leavels is easy and each mouse button is assigned to a spell so you can cast quicker and more effectively.

3. All In One Inventory - Puts all bags into one window.

4. AvgXP - Calculates how much XP you make per hour and how many more kills to level.

5. Gold View - Just a little bar with your wealth, so you dont have to open your bag all the time.

Anything else you want to know about or if you have any more to share, post away :D

I do like that atlas addon *downloads*

I had a go with cosmos, and I didn't really like it that much. I've got the autoloot thing turned on, as I found out that was the most useful. My UI is very simple really, not even worth posting a screenie! The only 'extra' stuff I have is a lower right action bar, and I have buff timers turned on.

The clock is useful too, as the EU servers seem to be in France

I didn't know the were any until I installed the Cosmos thing this week to do the uploading profiles thing.

Not quite sure how to use all the things in Cosmos - there's a bar of empty slots appeared about when the '5' is in the picture above which seems to randomly mirror the things placed on the 2nd set of left slots - don't know what that's supposed to be for - it doesn't go invisible when empty and has a circular anchor when can be moved around the screen, bit annoying really.

The clock is useful, and the estmated time-to-level is interesting, but detracts from my enjoyment of playing the game for it's own sake.

That 'all bags' thing looks good, especially since I installed Cosmos my bags seem to have a habit of floating around and overlapping.

This is the reason I don't use all of the features, I think it looks horrible!

The mirroring thing does randomly go away after a while though

The annoying one is the Sidebar or Secondbar addon, either disable in Cosmos options or from the addon list when you pick your character. Took me ages to get rid of that little bastard :D

Installed Cosmos, All in One Inventory, Atlas and AvgXP - and now it runs horribly slowly. Need to put some more RAM in I think.

Edit: put in another 256MB, it has helped enormously! ;)
Edit2: It was PopBar that was annoying the piss out of me - gone now!
