COD:UO Modern Weapons

Afternoon All,

Just wondered if many of you guys had played this mod and what you thought of it?

the main server around the UK now is a WADS one, which I'm now banned from for telling them to go forth and multiply (that was a fun session). But that's perm Carentan.

I really like this mod, but then I find it really hard going back to standard weapons after pwning with the AK and Uzi!!!

There is defiantely extra weapons available to download too.

Apparently you can get modern weapons on the AWE mod too, but if using AWE that stupid crosshair thingy (where it changes when targetting somebody) has to go....

I've got it down/uploaded to bukkake, not that impressed narf, but will stick it on the server (hopefully)

Update:

I've not got it to work yet, I suspect mostly because I don't know my way around the CoD server stuff too well.

Anyway, standard UO this week and I'll try to get the server running for next week.

I seem to remember you having issues with either the AWE or Merciless Mod once as it kept crashing on Bukkake.

As you mentioned, I think it's probably just a config thing with COD, if you post a link to the mod you were trying to install, I'll have a look around the net if I have some spare time
