From the house and furniture I get the impression it's British, probably wrong though.
Amityville 2?

I thought this too (the girl looks the same, and the house could be), but I don't recall seeing that view, especially the furniture in the garden.

Correct.
Told you it wasn't difficult.
(knew I should have done Hellraiser 2 instead
)

I think the Amityville house had a similar roof, but two top floor windows like glowing eyes.

But... the Hellraiser house was positively infested with cenobites, so it all evens out in the end.

Looks like Sean Connery. Medicine Man? (Haven't seen the film or the clip as far as I can tell).

It's not Sean Connery and not that film. It's unlikely you'd have seen that actor in another film, I'm fairly sure I haven't.

I know I've seen that film, I just can't place it. I know that bloke cuts his hair beard at one point.
Is it Amores Perros?

'Love is a Bitch' I believe. Hugely over-rated in my opinion. A few years back critics were creaming themselves over films made in South America. There's another one called Nine Queens about some sort of heist, which is also pish.
Anyway, someone else can have my go as I'm going to <strike>try and block out the sound of my neighbours rutting</strike> sleep.

Use it to your advantage and knock one out. If you tell them about it afterwards they'll probably stop too.
