Figured this out last night by Googling it - apparently the Gameguard bit that's installed with the game isn't supported in Fista. Glad I finally worked it out, but :cry:

Tezz found a workaround, but apparently it completely destroys all sound from your PC untill a reboot.

What happens at 23? From what I've gathered nothing new happens after level 10.
