I would have guessed Scanners, but Berk's comment suggests it's an obscure Eastern film that only 2 or 3 people may have heard of :)

The English title is "Confession of Pain", and it's a major recent movie. By the guy who did Infernal Affairs, as I recall, which is the movie that "The Departed" ripped off.

And yeah, well done, that must have been quite a challenge after I gave you a list of my movies, more or less told you what year it was made in, it was obvious where it was made from the second frame, et cetera... :lol:
