Enemy Territory: Quake Wars Preview

Post by MrGreen »

http://www.5punk.co.uk/uploads/etguide017.png This is a 2 page preview spread from this months PCFormat magazine on the new quake wars game. Looks cool.

Just give me a Xprod if you want it bigger.

Winter 2007 :(

Presumably the XP system mentioned will be similar to the Beef games, ie. the points are not just per round, they add up to ranks and unlocks? This is what keeps me coming back for more on the Beefs.

I know some people can't see the point in badge chasing, but it's that sense of achievement and continuity you don't get from games like CS.

Looks interesting.

I just hope the texture set isn't too brown. A splash of colour here and there would be nice.
