This is excellent: Streets of Rage Remake
Much more than just a conversion to Windows, updated and new levels, more characters and moves, new effects and stuff. If you like games like this from back in the day you'll like this.

Unfortunately, it's not. I just tried it and it's certainly not like the one on the Spectrum, which wasn't too bad. Also it's broken and not fun.
