hehe, I've known for sometime, just didn't know when he was going to get around to putting this post up and didn't want to ruin the surprise. Hope Stins wins narf, it'd only be right for SS to stay in ISS imho.

Not at all. All that tin foil hattery about ISS top level managment being BoB alts was to some extent true in that Serenity Steele is in fact Cell Satimo. Look him up in game if you don't know who Cell is. It worked in our favour many times because SS, clearly being a 'big investor' (i.e. founding member) was able to keep BoB off our backs amongst other benefits. Sadly, the relationship between BoB and in particular Count T deteriorated in the closing stages of our war in C3 for a variety of reasons, and couple with our appalling reputation for spies meant we were kept out of the loop on strategic movements. Ultimately this meant we had no choice but to jack it in, as it transpired only a week before the cavalry finally arrived.

So, the "ISS project" just meant the alliance, right? :p

I noticed that on the 1st ISSO liquidated 25bil to it's investors (who still stuck around after the offer of a decent transfer exchange).

But there was no dividand from the new ISO?

Curious,

CEO of Black Eclipse Corp in BOB.

So is the 500 Bil a scam of sorts then? Has that just got plunged into the BOB Alliance? Or was all that legitimate?

Still very much a legitemate IPO, just that SS has handed over running it to Stins so he can pursue his BoB CEO function full time. Cell's had less and less time to deal with ISS since the war kicked off big time.

Miro - The 'ISS Project' as far as SS was concerned was all about IPO's, public ownership of stations, and opening up 0.0 to the masses - all of which was hugely successful for over a year, which is a long time in Eve terms. As for dividends, this was the third payout from the ISS IPO since it went live. I'm not sure if the exchange programme is still going - I believe any ISSPO/MO/BO shares are now defunct.

It was weird Friz, I got 13 eve-mails from the now defunct ISSO while they liquidated their assest totaling 25bil over 13 payouts...

I don't even have shares in them anymore..

As for the IPO, my shares didn't get paid for April as far as I can tell, but I might have missed somthing. If it's paid out like the old ISSO shares then I deffinetly didn't get it.

Anyhow, that's what I was referring to, and as it was so elequently put in a response to my question, "did it all goto BoB" was my intended question :p

Thanks for the info :)

ISSO is not defunct. I just paid out dividends as every month. 25B isk covers 5% of 500B isk total in shares.

Think you may be confusing ISSO (which is the currently existing ISS IPO) and any former outpost shares such as ISSMO or ISSPO (Marginis/Providence). If you successfully completed the share exchange programme or bought any ISSO shares you'll be receiving dividends.

Yes! IPO = new one
ISS(X) = old X being O, MO, Etc.

My bad.

That makes a ton more sense :p
