Gone up a bit to 72% now, metacritic link is here. The most common qualm is that there are some controller issues, but according to the reviews they range from game breaking to barely noticeable. I will be buying this come my next pay day though. Fingers crossed for some kind of multiplayer online golf on Wii soon.FatherJack wrote: It is most good - rather like the Wii Sports Golf as far as control method goes (no bad thing), but loads of golfers, clothes, clubs, play modes and courses. Looks better too. The contols for navigating the menus are a bit arse, though.
I've only played it a bit, and 71% seems a little low for the bits I've seen - what was their main criticism?

Having played a bit more, I can understand why people might have frustrations.
Chip shots need about 2 more club than the on-screen info indicates, but once I got that figured out, I was chipping into the hole.
The main problem is putting and less-than-100% shots, as the best indicator seems to be to actually look how far back your on-screen persona has swung before doing the down-swing. Obviously this is completely counter to the way you are supposed to play golf, as you're meant to look at the ball the whole while.
