i forgot the name, but isn't it a movie about an undead pervert? and the japanese schoolgirls keep killing him in various ways? note that i never actually watched it, but i read about it.

It is, Stacy: Attack of the Schoolgirl Zombies.
Google search for "chainsaw bunny girl" I discovered made it a bit easy, too.
