Sensor boosters for POS sieging?

I'd go full rechargers in mids, with full tank in lows and some rigs mate :P

Bah just what I got told by steelsky
"have some cap in mid slots and at least 1-2 sensor boosters in mids then cap reps in low followed by damage controls and hardners.. then cap relays to follow it up"

To be honest, I'd just get in there, go into siege, get agro off the tower and drop drones as support. POS don't target drones, as people use to use that as a means of smaller fleets taking out deathstars so CCP changed it.

However, I'm not a dread pilot, so if someone who is has told you that, their opinion is slightly more valid than mine.

Try locking an interceptor in a dread to set your drones on it...you'll soon see why you need sensor boosters.

That's why I'd drop drones soon as possible, so if you do get tackled, drones auto aggress, and then continue to rip into whatever else is agressing you and is within drone control range.
