Friz - Wherever I happen to be. Falcon fitted with cyno.

Mano - Empire. Carries a tanked cyno badger on board the freighter.

Rydis - Any ISSN office - Consido/Fabrica/KW/C3/Sieh/Gyerzen. I've put cyno ships at every location.

Wiggy can do cynos in Empire if needed, Jonny can't do them yet, not got Electronics level 5, but will be working on that soon.

Akiakaiu - Wherever I am atm, I have no ships setup for it and no cyno generator thingy, but if need be I could make one up. Also Cyno is lv 2.

I have cyno ship either in Serenity or Calico (can't remember but I think Serenity)

The mod is Stins' though which I should give back to him at some point.

Either way I have the requisite skills

I'm feeling left out so I'm gonna reply in the negative (sorta). Don't have anything cyno capable but Jin has all the pre-requisite skills so shouldn't be an issue to train the skill if required. I spend my time 50:50 in Derelik:the JK POS but have a clone in Fabrica too.
