Well, I think I'm going to have to put an end to adding in more stuff, because I right at 4.5 hours. This is going to be one monster of a show.

Also what days/times would be ideal for everyone?

You could always run the show a couple of times, so everyone gets chance to listen.

I'd say the majority of people would listen to the show at 19:00 - 23:30 GMT, and then you can always do a show at a more friendly US time as well.
