We really really need to do some explorimafication for all these kinda junk. In fact, I've got all the skills trained up now, just need to run some of them funky probe things down. Might even buy a bunch of BPO's. Anal probe anyone :buggered:

Edit: tonight! Let's do 5punkfleet something tonight! Anyone?

Astrometrics is the main one. Stuff that helps is a covert ops ship (for the scaning speed bonus) and the two or three new skills. I've been hearing that it's also easier to find sites now as they've increased the scan strength of sites, and it's confermed that at least data interfaces have had their build reduction halved (to 25 parts instead of 70). Still waiting on comformation for ship and tuner interfaces.

Put Astrometrics into the market search box. You need to be able to be able to use <s>anal</s> probes and then there's Astro Pinpointing and Triangulation for increasing speed and accuracy. There's a wiki somewhere about it all.

Occult data interface for 3b. Seen two of them now at that price.

Confermed: Ship data interfaces have had their build requirements lowered from 1700 parts to 350. That's as hard as regular data interfaces use to be (IE, not very)

I got a pop up about an exploration mission last night on the op. Haven't read it yet but I c&p'd it, maybe we could try that. I'll read it and post it here when I get home if it sounds good.

Possibly you flew into or near a 0.0 cosmos constellation. I've had the odd one in the past giving a nice little back story about a portion of the relevant region.

Yeah, it was pointing to that complex we passed nearby - sadly in Feyth and not ours to play in :(
