That's the one. Thought people may have gone for 24 Hour Party People as it's featured in that. It's the last film Ian Curtis watched and the same broadcast was watched by David Lynch in a hotel room in London, and inspired him to make films (apparently)

Well it's fucking wierd (David Lynch then), but there's so few films with dancing chickens that is came up pretty well on Google :)
