What I expect is that it's a very good game that is full of absolute tossbags. I've actually nothing against it other than that, and the way people who play it often seem to get far too involved and serious. I don't want this to happen to me and so I don't play it.

I've seen other 5punkers sample the forbidden gooey depths of wow.
Joose has 145 Hours of it, and Spoodie 47, just to mention two.

I played fairly regularly for six months and I think you have summed it up right there. There is always the 'it depends who you play with' caveat, however in Warcraft the twats outnumber the decent people by such a margin it sucked any fun out of the higher level play.

That and the fucking Spaniards invading servers and spamming all the channels.

that also applies almost entirely to guildwars IME.

I played it for about 2 years

It's STUPIDLY addictive, I had to give it up otherwise I would have failed my exams. To try and avoid some of the tossers, be an orc or another Horde race. The Horde seem to have far less whiney 13 year old boys than the Alliance.

I can't hide my shady past. :(

It's a good game though, but got too complicated when I reached over lvl 20 and there are plenty of idiots to spoil it. CoH doesn't seem to suffer from these problems as much, so far.

I played it as if it were a single player game and got bored/stuck around L30. I had played the beta, and have fonder memories of that time than when the full release was out.

Its not too bad I made a Dranei Shaman and the Dranei seem to have russian accents, so the only appropriate name I could think of was 'Daveski'.

But yeah nice graphics the missions arn't all "go here kill x of these" I just spent 3 minutes disguised as a tree so I could ease drop on a gnome and a goblin talking. I'm going to play on my lvl 60 for a bit and see waht the 60+ content is like.
