Yup been meaning to do this since Berk pointed it out to me months ago
I still think that it's worth adding people as friends as I have about twice as many people in my list as I do in the clan listings on xfire

I've got people in both, but only the people that are not in the clan group are in my friends list. Having people in both just adds clutter and makes it harder to see who's online and playing games.
