Good belts for mining where?

Ok well i setting up base in ibaria. So what i am interested in is what system has good supply of nocs and belt healthy belts for veld and other stuff.

Like

Veld = .....
scord = .....
etc etc = ...

Just so i can go to each opne mine like hell and maybe set up mining ops time to time! i like to buld a stock pile for my self but also 5punk too. Also keep it to 0.5 above much as u can. if not then state what system thxs
