What liehax is this?

Almost 500 in F4 local, dozens of carriers and hundreds of fighters, and the node really isn't crashing? Surely, that isn't right?

Don't the motherships and the titan have a jump gate - that is supposed to magic you away without gates isn't it?

Might come in... tho I have no idea if it would actually work in this context.

Titans have a jump bridge array, but you'd need to be ganged with the dude with the titan, which somehow doesn't sound likely. Unless you are all working together as a coalition?

my guess, given our well known ISS internal security, that the PTB would sooner take the gate than let Boyfriend into the same gang as the Titan

btw; 0.0 forum? I think we need to be a little paraniod about this

ISS/MC/FIX/LV capital ships working together, screenshots of coalition dreads shooting IAC pos's with the titan sat next to them... yep, seems we're all working together :)

dunno, I thought hehulk had access actually.

*removes tinfoil hat

/edit

hehulk has a point; why didn't the node go down? Assuming the fragility of the 0.0 nodes to be everything that everyone says it is I can only think of one reason; CCP knew about the attack. This lends credence to the age old theory that ISS is run by teh devs. Plus I heard Count T mention Finland once.

whuh? finland? whats at got to do with it?

also, thinking about it, LVIss McFix knew it was on for the weekend, IAC and freinds knew it was on for the weekend, and i do remember seing a post somewhere saying reinforce the nodes cos its gonna be a biggie, so everyone knew about the weekend. weather CCP did anything about it, or it was just blind luck, will be a subject of a dev post i'm sure at some point

yer i think CCP Did do something about it. Face it just over 500 people in one system warning would of given by commander of the alliance who were going to attack (US) and they just sorted out some more resources for us. So i bet the GM have fun watching

Yea but they've also done lots for the server, load balancing etc recently, so it's possible that they've just improved things quite a bit.

yah yah right, blind yourself to the obvious truth if it suits you :P

I'll try and be on before 00:00 for gate camping duty. Missus complains less if I log on after she's already asleep ;)
