Raven Shield
A) Does anyone else have this game?
2) Can I convince anyone who doesn't have it to buy/sweep it?
III) If you have acquired it, WHO WANTS TO PLAY CO-OP WITH ME?
If you're not familiar with the Rainbow Six games, the original Rainbow Six is the granddaddy of all tactical shooters. It's somewhat similar to SWAT 4, but less shouting and arresting people and more being sneaky and shooting bad guys. What makes these games hard is that all it takes is one shot to take you down, and the bad guys can actually shoot straight unlike SWAT 4.
But really, we need more awesome co-op action.

A couple things, the max players in co-op is 8, which makes sense since you get 8 guys in single player.
Also, to disable the unskippable intro videos, go to your Raven Shield folder and click on the Videos folder. Rename Logos.bik to something else. then go to the int folder and rename RS_Intro.bik.

First up, join the hamachi network 5punkraven, pass: 6667. You should be able to see the 5punk server that Berk has kindly setup for us in the LAN browser.
Second, if you have floorware, you have to block Raven Shield from accessing the internet, but still access hamachi. In ZoneAlarm, make sure that the Hamachi Network Interface is set to Trusted and your actual network card is set to Internet. Then in the Program Control box allow access for the Trusted zones and block for the Internet zones.
If you still get the "CD Key is in use" error, follow this guide. I am using the port 5772, so 5771 and 5773-5776 are all available. You shouldn't need to do this unless you get the error.
Then you should be able to join up on the server and shoot terrorists! If you can't see the game right away, click join IP and put in 5.15.223.243. It will tell you you can't join LAN servers by IP, but the sever should show up now.

Just to clear something up: you really mean you guys are playing rainbow six 3: raven shield, and not the original rainbow six that was called raven shield for unknown and quite mind boggling reasons, yes? (The original pc version was called rainbow six: raven shield, then the console version was just rainbow six. Then the console version of rainbow six 3 came out, so to make things simple they decided to name the pc version rainbow six 3: raven shield. Go figure)
Just thought i'd make this clear for anybody out there who's mind has been farted on like mine was earlier. I think it will be days before i can think straight
