My Raven BPO will be comming off of research Friday morning just after the reset. I'm looking to move it to tycho and use one of the lab slots there.

Checking tonight there are currently 2/3 slots open. I'd like to ask that at least one slot remain open for my BPO.

Sure thing. I'll move it over in my falcon if I can get another cloaked scout and a decoy or two. Could go via 6-K if the F4/ZX/KDF gates are busy.

On this note, the biggest problem that I'm encountering (aside from Bubble getting pissed off with me and vent not working on the lappy properly) is an inability to get hold of cruisers and the cash to buy/insure them if they were on the market.

I have a stock of incursus and will fly those till they run out at which time I'll start flying corp frigs, but I would be happier with a supply of cruisers into the fray. I'm not asking fro those for free, except that earning isk has been difficult recently and losing the rax last night, I don't have enough to get a new one and insure it so I'm stuck in frigs atm. Pod costs mount aswell, I guess I can afford to get podded 5 times more before I need to find some isk.

This is all a kind of stream of consciousness and everyone is in the same position, I know. I see 2 solutions, which I could us advice on;

Problem 1; no cruisers on market

Solution. Buy them in emp and have them jump freighted up or make them at Tycho?

Problem 2; no isk

Solution; go ratting

The ratting; is there a time when players are finding it safe(er) to rat. I come on at euro evening time and that's when it gets hot in zxic?

Clearly I have had too much coffee this afternoon

, what I'm really after is advice from the more experienced players about how to manage resources (ships and the isk to get them) during a siege situation like this.

The perennial problem with PvP (check that for alliteration!) The market's just been filled with T2 stuff, and I'm working like a madman to get it filled with T1 stuff (got a couple of freighter loads coming in tonight hopefully). That aside, 5punkship replacement can be done either by building in empire (this is something fw4ppers should be able to do really - can someone organise that?) or by running mins down in the carrier.

Meanwhile, T1 frig gangs are proving very effective and a damn sight easier to replace than cruisers.

For isk, ratting is still good. W9 remains fairly quiet since the fight hasn't extended much beyond the outposts really. Just keep an eye on local as normal. Also, if you're lucky you get to scoop some T2 mods after a scuffle and sell them 10 minutes later for 80mill

ta for that Friz. the more I think about it I realise that I've hardly been out of zxic in a week and when I did go to W9, it was dead, so perhaps I'll relocate there for at least a few hours isk earning.

As for the T2 seeding, I spent 1/2 my personal fortune on some T2 light neuts (can't resist teh shiney) so I have gun love, but no rax to fit them to. If a supply of cruisers could somehow appear out of nowhere that would be tops. If not, it seems that more and more people are talking about frigate gangs and I'm down with this. been training racial frigate skills so I can fly the blatantly anti-french offerings in the 5punky hangar (and secretly because I want a Wolf :D )

otoh, I want to see teh MC hammer fall on IAC

Also, it seems that either the slot in the lab/my blueprint or somthing else is bugged for me.

When I setup the job from inside Tycho, the game locks up on the installation of the job. When I try from outside the station, it tells me that the blueprint is not compatible with the installation..

Any ideas?

Blueprint needs to be in the corp hangar. You have to set it from outside unless you have Scientific Networking Skill.
