I reckon dump it, or maybe change it to the larger version of the map? Its easier to refrain from raping then since the uncaps are further away. Only downside is that it then has planes in it, but I thought its a suggestion worth making.
If not dump it then move it further back. It's too easy to base-rape and it's not a brilliant map anyway. I'm sure there are better ones that could be there instead - I haven't played Wetlands in a long time...
Make it infantry-only. Actually, do that for all maps. Whenever I briefly return to BeeF, getting spawn raped by tanks and copters quickly reminds me why I don't play so much anymore.

FuShe Pass on infantry only would just be bad bad bad. A map like that needs at the very least carsto get around in, otherwise, everyone will just quit out of boredom.
