Your upgrading your floor? Good grief, how much for floor space do you need?

i want to move my trampoline indoors. And have room to build a bowling alley should i desire it.
narf, i want enough room on the server to store everything i have, and have enough space for whatever else i want in the coming months or hopefully year or two if im lucky.
I don't like deleting stuff, and i like the flexible accessibility
Im going for 500gb ones. 1.6 -> 4tb seems fair enough. Drives will always get cheaper so i dont want to get 750gb ones because by the time i make use of the extra space it would be cheaper to chuck&replace i recon.
