One of my favourite albums of the year, and being played constantly at the moment in my car, with the sound turned up.
Think of the Zutons, with a bit of old school punk, and a voice that seems to change between the lead singer of Arctic Monkeys and David Bowie.
Great stuff, really recommend it, as I even went out and bought it after :sweep:'ing it

Is that the one in the pop charts? I don't listen to the radio.

From what I've heard it's not the best track on the album so I don't know why it would be.

Flathead is easily the best song on the album. It's good but there are a few weak songs on here and the second half is a bit boring, that said i love half of the tracks. 3/5 for me. It's no up the bracket

My favourites have to be Henrietta and Ole Black 'n' Blue Eyes. Chelsea Dagger doesn't do it for me.

I'm up to track 2 and I already like it lots. I did "trip over" it online but if it continues to be very good I shall buy it happily. A bit of a break from the usual carbon copy 'indie' stuff that's about now.

Ta for the recommendation :)
