Server crashes

Why hasn't the server crashed recently, or have I missed it? It's not the same without a good crash now and then.

Maybe it's because they've brought out 2142 so they just fixed BEEF and concentrated on fun bugs there.

Is anyone still using BF2CC when playing, can this produce instability in the server? Because I was thinking of using it after the game last night with the bunny hopping, cartillary bumwads.

I've had no need for BF2CC and haven't used it since the last patch. I can do everything I need to from the console.

The reason I thought of it was so we could find out who the enemy commander is and warn/kick/ban them for cartillary. Other than that it's way over the top for usual needs.

The 1.4 patch did a lot to fix the crashing in v1.3. Since 1.4 I've only experienced one server crash.

As for BF2CC, I use it on my laptop when I'm playing on my desktop and it's easier than remembering the commands and player's names. You can't really use BF2CC from in-game, so I rarely ever use it on my desktop.
