There are a number of LUA scripts that are evil and may be downloaded if you go to public GMod servers.

Check your /sourcemods/gmod9/lua/init/ folders for evils.

this is quite old, did you guys not know about this?

Just set downloads to off, and oly join defaulted servers, untill it gets fixed.
