i am hoping to start doing some mining and then build a BS or some other ships thats needed in the area but we see!

Can I assume that the absence of my materials means the build has been done

Who do I owe factory costs to and how much?

btw, I have about 5 or 6 freighter cans kicking about my hanger of anyone wants them (now we have a freigher pilot and all)
