A question to you photoshoping Genuses

IS there any possible way someone could scale this link down to 1280 X 1024 or this link up to the same resolution? Setting either as my background makes it look not so good

EDIT: Never mind, igore me. Found this link. Just needs some black boarders now to make it fit right.
