Ships to Build

Post by friznit »

Losing track of who wants what ships built for them. Please post here if you have an outstanding requirement and you are expecting/would like corp assistance. Please also state where the bpc is and how far you have got with any personal mineral stashes, so we can get a rough idea of what we still need to do.

Ones I know about:

Aki - Megathron bpc in Tycho. Using minerals in station.

Kitty - Tempest bpc in Tycho. As above.

Bob - Apoc bpc in Khank. Zyd and Mega is there for him.

Fab - Raven bpc in Khank. Old enough to look after himself. Unless he asks really nicely.

And the Fw4ppers graduation boats which I believe are now given to them for free?

Daddi, Lyklon and Yoshi - Brutix for all.

Fenrir - BPC will be in empire when I get it in 2 weeks. Got about 25 mil tritanium so far, and a few other bits and bobs. Getting there

May be joking about wanting help. More satisfying to do it myself

hmm, help you say. I'll look into it ;)

Since we seem to be short a few things, how's everyone fancy a mining op tommorow? Go kill some belts somewhere...

I suggest we mine khank clean, then Juddi, then Berta.. :) Just keep working until our fleet is built, and the skies clear of asteroids! :)

That'd be mighty useful chap. Everyone seems to be flying French these days :x Preference seems to go Caldari, Gallente, Amarr, Minmatar in that order. Any particular reason or is it just the attractiveness of the pics on startup?

I thought the Minmatar female was the most attractive myself. Maybe I just like dirty ex-slaves.

the caldair racial infos state they're the most powerful. While this is complete lies (Minmatar alpha harder, amaar tank better and gallente have truely horrible drone carriers) you don't know that at the start.

That :above:

When you first dive into EVE you haven't got a clue at all what to pick. Caldari look to be the most useful and powerful given the descriptions. Starting again i'm sure I would think more carefully. I suppose I can always get the skill books tho.

I chose Caldari because the stats seemed to fit the things I wanted to do best.

I always planned on flying Minmatar, I did a lot of homework before I started playing Eve. It paid off as far as I researched too, my Brawler was pretty effective. Pity I never had the same success with bigger ships :(
