Right, continuuing from my bootiful masterpiece :above: , here's a description about how it all works.

We have 4 POS's on the go at the moment, 2 in W9 and 2 in ZX. Firstly, in W9:

POS 1: A med Gallente that harvests Vanadium from the moon and reacts this with Scandium to make Fernite Alloy. We buy the Scandium in from an external source cos there's none nearby to harvest. The Scandium is escrowed to me by some grumpy git in Maspah every Monday. This needs to be hauled down to W9 regularly (I like to stay a week ahead of on this in case of a quite period).

POS 3: The lg Amarr that we all know and love. This harvests Silicates and Evaporite Deposits which are reacted to make Ceramic Powder.

Both the Fernite Alloy and Ceramic Powder needs to be hauled once a week to the 2 towers in ZX. These 2 towers are identical and at each there are 2 input silos above the reactors. The simple materials (aka Intermediates) go into these silos and the Fernite Carbides come out the bottom into the silos placed under the hangar arrays (there are 2 silos joined together for the output so you only have to empty them every 48 hrs or so). The Fernite Carbs are then hauled into ISS Tycho ready for freightering to Jita.

Once a month, there's a big fuelathon when I run around Heimatar and Metropolis buying up 28 days of fuel for the chain (this costs approx 400mill) and then we all haul it to Maspah. From there I get ISSL to ship it out to ZX so we can fuel the towers easily.

In theory this makes us in the region of 950mill a month net profit although the sticking point is always selling the Fernite Carbs (not had a problem so far, fingers crossed).

To summarise, if you ever get in the hauling mood:

Code: Select all

Fuel: Maspah -> ZX -> W9 (for tower refuelling levels speak to me or Aki)

Scandium:  Maspah -> POS 1 in W9

Ceramic Powder and Fernite Alloy: W9 -> POS 4 & 5 in ZX

Fernite Carbides: POS 4 & 5 -> ISS Tycho
If you're unsure of the locations, dumping stuff in the office in Tycho is fine. And finally, if you ever offline anything to empty it, please make sure you online it again ;)

Now if only there were a profitable use for Cobalt! Cranking the stuff out quietly in Jaymass, but the market is totally worthless of late.

Did a suicide run back to maspah but busted so many camps on the way that I'm not gonna risk it on the way back without a scout. Too bad.

POS 4 is running down the Fernite Carbs, and will then start making Phenolics Comps. POS 5 is already making Phenolic Comps. POS 2 is the mining POS in GMLH and currently doesn't harvest anything (but is on a chromium moon if we decide to make something with that)

So it now works like this:

Code: Select all

Fuel:  Hoth -> ZX & W9

Hafnium:  Tycho -> POS 1 in W9

Silicon Diborite (POS 3) and Vanadium Hafnite (POS 1):  W9 -> POS 4 & 5 in ZX

Caesarium Cadmide:  Jita -> Hoth -> POS 4 & 5

Phenolic Comps: POS 4 & 5 -> ISS Tycho -> Jita

I will happily run the stuff from POS 4+5 to tycho when needed. I will do the others with a scout of somesort as the pipe speaks for its self and the run from ZX-W9 can be an arse (wanker CHONGUS).
Just let me know when it needs to be done etc....
