Gamer TV
Anyone watch it?
I've just seen the Nintendo Wii Controller on it - which is basically a controller has a motion sensor in it (what a bloody good idea), which Sony are supposed to have added to the controller for the PS3 (so I'm guessing MS aren't far behind).
What a good idea though - I don't game much (I just like coming here and running Lan's) but when I do game, I ALWAYS turn the controller to help me round corners and such, like it DOES ME ANY GOOD -NOT! All I do is look like an idiot! ROFL. The PSP is the worst for making me doing it to be honest!

And ducking in real life also helps you avoid getting shot in game.

I'm not familiar with Gamer TV though. Is it an online thing or -god forbid- on actual telly?

I just saw G@mer TV at a friend's house inbetween bouts of 360 Oblivion (actually: quite good) and the endless adverts for Mezzo and FMA on Rapture.
I insisted on calling it Gatmer TV and it was unfortunately a best-of show only 15 minutes long, which they immediately repeated after the break.
My friend remains unconvinced by the girl on the show, alleging that she doesn't seem to really be that into the games - although she did confess a certain amount of jealousy over her job.
I'm not sure my friend's usual review strategy would go down too well with her new bosses if she did land the job - being unable to produce any gameplay shots because "it was crap so I sold it down Gamestation".
I contrast we've always found Violet Berlin convincingly enthusiastic about games, she even made it into Micro Machines 2 on the Megadrive.
