For 40 the amount payable would be (£1.75 pre slot x 8 slots) x 5 months =
£70

For 44 the amount payable would be (£1.75 pre slot x 12 slots) x 5 months =
£105

For 50 the amount payable would be (£1.75 pre slot x 18 slots) x 5 months =
£157.50
