you have to subscribe to fileplanet? dagnamit!

just read the preview in the latest GamesTM and they described it as a quiet revolution. :boogie:
The leveling up system sounds interesting, instead of just choosing a new weapon, you can buy or upgrade skills such as medical or engineering.
It's also possible that after a certain number of knife kills, your knife-kill animation will turn into a flashier, more elaborate one. Who says video games encourage violence?
and the mechs arent as game breaking as some might think. Apparently a single soldier can take one out if he can get between its legs (yip yip), to the ventilation shaft weak spot. The knees are a second weak spot.

I ka-nee wait mon!

I don't know but I'm guessing you need to be a member to get an account on the game servers as well. A quick search on torrent sites reveals nothing useful.

Fileplanet uses it as a perk for those who pay. The main draw is still the no ads and faster downloading (such as eliminating the line).

I subscribed to Fileplanet/Gamespy once, just so I could easily download videos from E3 2-3 years ago. But I was using a Mac at the time and they changed their site so it stopped working. Obviously I cancelled.
