Your understating it there.
I've never know anyone who did this well. Best can I've ever heard of was a 1.1 billion cormack can (He's the highest ranking Serpentis officer you can shoot).

Yer, I found that out yesterday. 950 mil for the BPC (at present) or 1.1 billion for the ship. Think I'll build it.

I think it's Amarr BS lvl 2 and Caldari BS lvl 2. If not then they're both at lvl 1.
