It costs 25000 Credits, 50 C-Fusion, 20000 metals and 1000 Ziton to transform 1 planet.
Planet type to transform: Barren Gas Giant Oceanic Terran Volcanic
Amount of planets to transform:
Transform to: Gas Giant so you can change any type of planet into a gas planet for the 1st tech.

Might be useful in while, right now I'd rather convert terrans into volcanics and oceanics.
