red orchestra (!?!?)

Post by cashy »

liek WTF! steam just asked me if i would like to pre-load this game for launch, despite the obvious fact its an unreal mod, it can be snatched via steam. anybody here who has played the original care to tell me if its worth getting? my mate used to bum it, so i'd guess so

/edit just downloaded the preview, your opinions no longer matter im having this game

check it out http://www.redorchestragame.com/ here

I tried this (red front of some flavour) a while ago, found it as clunky and unappealing as a 70s skoda.

It looks decent but I can't be arsed to pay $25 for another WW2 multiplayer game.

Now this is not to say I wouldn't consider buying COD:UO/COD2, but that is because it's super popular here. I wouldn't play it any other time.

I got COD2 and played through the single player, which was pretty damned good. The only time I ever do the multiplayer is just for the 5punk games.

Just spotted v3.3 as a free UT2004 download in gameshadow, might try it out to get at least a flavour of what it's about. Half a gig, though.

There's bound to be a demo available at some point on Steam so I'm going to wait for that. The game does look good.
