np, only a game.

I don't know if his sector mate will be able to defend the next wave, so we might be able to take the main guy, but not his mate.

On 45k point's he (Bellerophon) seems to be managing to develop 500 ssfs in about 6 hours, so doesn't seem to have a massive stockpile of metals/credits, still we'd have to concentrate all our attacks into one design to overcome his numbers and I'm not sure we have enough total ships between us to clean him out.

We'd need big fleets hitting both sector locations to make sure of hitting him, and each would have to be comparable to his size to avoid taking too many losses. We're lucky they don't have any more empires in that sector to dodge to, but either we try and reduce their numbers by keeping the waves coming or withdraw and ponder on what we've learned tonight.

Hello, i've got a few tips for you guys cuz i'd like to see an impact develop in the top 100 before the round finishes

1) neon cannons - get them asap, strongest weapon
2) don't build ssf - waste of resources for a lousy ship
3) be careful when attacking with others as it reduces planet capture and if too many attackers - it can result in 0 planets captured

If you have any questions - ask me

btw - this is just an example of 1 neon cannon. This was FI vs FI class. I made mine quite defensive

Ah, just realised, can't hit the other guy, can we? His score is too low, and probably deliberately so. Sneaky stuff, possibly zerging, but that's no worse than us teaming up, though.

To take 'em we'd need a diversion horse big enough to scare him into dodging, then a follow up horse big enough to whack his sector mate.

At least half of us haven't been creamed, but I'll need a while to rebuild my fleet..

maybe we should concentrate on less designs and more qty...atleast to what our enemies have...not that we knew we were going up against the 3k SSF's...

My 5mytr2 seem to quite well against SSF. 50% damage per attack and only took 4.5% damage from them. Think I'll drop the T2 engine to make them cheaper.
