AGAI Ch 67 – Administrative Action (1 Jan 05)
Army General Administrative Instruction Chapter 67 (AGAI 67) provides the procedures by which breaches of the Army’s Values and Standards are dealt with. Re-written in Jan 05 the AGAI describes administrative action taken against those whose actions have fallen short of that required. Administrative action can be “Minor”, with a range of sanction delivered by the unit chain of command, or “Major”, having a range of more serious sanctions up to dismissal for the most serious Gross Misconduct. The AGAI also deals with the procedure to give formal warnings to those whose performance needs to show some improvement, and the procedure for removing officers and soldiers from their appointment when their position has become, for some reason, untenable. This AGAI includes all amendments up to Amendment 3 dated Jan 06
