In attendance were the assembled Ministers of Home Affairs, Foreign Affairs, the Masses, and the Town Drunkard. The topic of discussion was the unprovoked attack on the Empire of 5punk by superior horses known only as Crazy Squirrel and Sam the Great (no doubt a self appointed title). The minutes of the meeting are below (may be paraphrased):
