this is one eve players may like, it set in space, there is research which is done in a realtime kind of ways to make your own ships
basicly you start by making your empire name, and you can either explore to get new planets and more resources. or you can build a fleet and attack other people, this is also done it real time, it will take a certain amount of time for your ships to get where there going.
the two basic things to note on here are, the update tick, which is on every hour, which is when your credits and resources will be added. and the battle tick, which is done half an hour after the update tick.
seems like a game that is better with other people

Click Military - you should have 10 fighter at the start. Enter a number and hit build to make more. Click the ship link to see build requirments.
Then hit 'Send Fleet' and put '5punk' Bearing '322-4'...and...oh, you've done it. Thanks

Now, next problem. How do you get Ziton?
And how do we know if/when we've won? I can't even tell your under attack

Amber light at top right is a warning that someone in your sector is under attack (clicky for info). Red light below it flashes if you yourself are under attack.
Ziton comes from gas planets. To get more planets (at random) you need to colonise (costs credits). You can do this by Expansion/Explore menu.

But then, he could have 1000 more ships sat at home waiting to ambush and leave 5ector 5 undefended!

As the self appointed diplomatic attaché to 5ector 5 I hereby extend a warm welcome to the [insert sector name] newly created by shot2bits. I propose a NAPpies and maybe an alliance. Or death. Death or caek?
CAEK! Mmmmmmmm,
Where was I?
