Ok, interesting problem time

Post by Hehulk »

My stockbroker came online about 30 minutes ago, appoligies alot for being gone a month, then floged me 500 mil. Now, I'm completly torn as to how to go about spending this new found wealth, as I've never had anything even close to this level of wealth, so a few suggestions would be nice.

Suggestions?

I had 150mil a while back, after a stealth boat w. cov-ops cloak, proto cloak or two and a hulk-spec-fitted BC and a bunch of skills it was pretty much gone.

It seems a lot now, but with the big boats you can fly I'm sure you'll be able to spend it in no time, particularly if you follow my example of buying unwisely - the cov ops hasn't come out of the hangar (didn't know what to fit to it as I was used to flying a stealth bomber) and the less said about my "brilliant" idea for a stealth indy, the better... :)

That's somewhat the problem. There's so much I can fly or do, I could roll a D20 and still not include all my options. Tempest with factional tank, vagabond with factional mods, shares in various different corps, fleet of cheap PVP ships, a POS, factional ship, various factional mods, nice set of pirate implants, nice set of normal implants. Off the top of my head that is

Na, Think I've cracked what I'll do. Gona get a lv4 mission running ship (Can't decide between a phoon, pest or vagabond). Grind my way up to 600 mil through lv4 missions and 0.0 ratting, then run off and buy silver a hulk plus fitting. Once that's done, I'll fly off somewhere else and do a load of 0.0 mining to get my ballance back up and then grin as I've got X ship, a hulk, and a stable, sustinable source of easy isk :boogie:

Spear's built a tempest for you that he wants to sell at a bargain price. He'll happily keep you in 'pests as well, since you lose them so often :P

Where do you plan on mining btw?

EDIT: and before you say 'rifis, remember you'd have to clear 300mill a week in fees before making any isk for yourself.

Didn't quite think that far ahead. Once I get silver back in just under 2 weeks, I'll then have to spend a week training shield skills, and I Might as well get some more drone skills done. So I'm not looking to go mining in a hulk for a good month.

Tenerifis is an idea, as you can easily clear 1/2 billion a day out there, so long as you sit a few jumps from C3-, where the belts arn't so depleted. But 300 mil is alot of isk...

Officially Hehulk Announcement

After many many hours slaving over the rats in Catch Early this morning I finially achieved my goal of amassing 450 million isk for the purchase of a Hulk class Exhumer. Following subquesent market research I located a hulk in the Sing Laison reagon for a handsome price of 455 million. This has now been aquired (visual conformation available here) and will shortly be moved to a secure location to commence belt destruction on a scale previously unknown to 5punkorp.

Thank you for your time.

You could do. Once I've got squadron command 4 sorted (shit, I'm gona need some isk for that :shakefist: ) I'm going to move right on and get mining forman 5 so I can run some nice mining gang links on my sleipnir. Also, silvers going to get it so that he can then get director 5 and plug in a mining foreman implant. Once they fix it it'll give +15% yeld modifier instead of the +5% the HX-2 'Highwall' Gives (they're both slot 10 implants).

More people with the skills isn't a bad thing though.
